摘 要:目的:观察白果糊剂外用对小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足趾肿胀模型等两种急性炎症模型的抗炎作用。方法:取清洁级昆明种雄性小鼠70只,随机分成7组,即生理盐水组、癣药膏组、基质组、大剂量白果酒精糊剂组、小剂量白果酒精糊剂组、大剂量白果水糊剂组、小剂量白果水糊剂组。大剂量、小剂量白果酒精糊剂量组和大剂量、小剂量白果水糊剂组分别于动物右耳正反两面涂相应药物共0.05 m L(每耳0.03 g,每耳0.015 g),癣药膏组涂抹癣药膏(每耳0.03 g),膏剂给药厚度为0.02 mm;生理盐水组涂抹质量分数0.9%氯化钠注射液0.05 m L,通过用二甲苯涂抹小鼠耳廓复制小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,观察白果糊剂外用对小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。取雄性Wistar大鼠70只,随机均匀分成7组,即生理盐水组、癣药膏组、基质组、大剂量白果酒精糊剂组、小剂量白果酒精糊剂组、大剂量白果水糊剂组、小剂量白果水糊剂组。大剂量、小剂量白果酒精糊剂组和大剂量、小剂量白果水糊剂组每只大鼠右后足均用2层纱布包裹并吸附相应药液0.5 m L(每足0.3 g,每足0.15 g),癣药膏组给癣药膏(每足0.30 g),生理盐水组给予质量分数0.9%氯化钠注射液0.5 m L,新鲜蛋清液皮下注射大鼠足趾复制大鼠足趾肿胀模型,观察白果糊剂外用对炎症的抑制作用。结果:小鼠耳廓肿胀模型和大鼠足趾肿胀模型这两种急性炎症模型都成功复制;大剂量、小剂量白果酒精糊剂组小鼠的耳廓肿胀度分别为(4.5±1.4、3.8±2.2)mg,大剂量、小剂量白果水糊剂组小鼠的耳廓肿胀度分别为(4.8±1.3、4.1±1.2)mg,均可显著减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.01);在第6小时,大剂量白果酒精糊剂量组、大剂量白果水糊剂量组大鼠的足趾肿胀率分别为(0.18±0.10、0.16±0.06)m L,可显著降低蛋清致大鼠的足趾肿胀度(P<0.01),小剂量白果酒精糊剂组大鼠的足趾肿胀度为(0.24±0.08)m L,可明�Objective :To explore the external curative effect of Ginkgo paste used externally on mouse ear swelling model and rat paw edema model of both acute inflammation model.
