补肺养心安神汤对慢性肺源性心脏病患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肺养心安神汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效及对其血液流变学的影响。方法:130例患者按照随机数字表顺序分为对照组和治疗组,每组65例,对照组在基础治疗的同时,予地高辛片0.25 mg口服,每日1次;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药补肺养心安神汤治疗,两组均以15 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组疗效及血液流变学变化。结果:两组临床疗效比较,对照组有效率为80.00%,治疗组有效率为90.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心电图疗效比较,对照组有效率为84.62%,治疗组有效率为92.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组全血黏度高切、全血中切、全血低切、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肺养心安神汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效显著,且能改善患者全血黏度高切、全血中切、全血低切、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度。Objective ： To observe the effect of Bufei Yangxin Anshen Tang in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and its effects on blood rheology. Methods ：130 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given Digoxin Tablets 0.25mg orally for 1 once a day on the basis of the basic treatment, and the treatment group was given Bufei Yangxin Anshen Tang based on the control group. The two groups were 15 days for 1 course of treatment, after 1 course of treatment, the curative effect and the changes of hemorheology were compared between the two groups. Results：The clinical effect of the control group was 80.00% and the treatment group was 90.77% ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Comparing the electrocardiogram curative effect of two groups, the control group was 84.62% and the treatment group was 92.31%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of whole blood viscosity at high shear, whole blood, whole blood low shear, plasma viscosity degree, whole blood reduction viscosity in the treatment was statistically significant compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bufei Yangxin Anshen Tang has significant effect in treating the chronic pulmonary heart disease, which can improve patients＇ whole blood viscosity at high shear rate, blood shear, low shear whole blood, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity.
