摘 要:针对大吨位群锚体系锚下局部应力分布复杂的问题,以通河松花江大桥连续箱梁预应力施工工程为背景,利用大型有限元分析软件建立边梁预应力锚下局部分析有限元模型。考虑预应力孔道挖空及OVM锚具的影响,对预应力张拉完成后、管道压浆前的最不利受力阶段进行数值模拟,揭示锚下应力分布规律。并据此对箱梁预应力体系进行优化,提出优化方案。结果表明:设计优化后箱梁顶、底板,腹板及端横隔板最大拉应力值降为2~4 MPa,对改善局部不利应力条件有较好效果。In this paper,the complex stress distribution under local anchor problem for large tonnage base anchor system was based on the bridge of Songhua river prestressed continuous box girder project in Tonghe. The use of finite element analysis software to establish the side beams prestressed anchorage Local finite element model. Numerical simulation of the prestressed duct hollowed out and the impact of the OVM anchorage have made to reveal the distribution of the stress. And optimized the system of the prestressed box girder. The results showed that the maximum tensile stress of designed box girder top, bottom,side transverse and bulkhead webs were reduced to 2 - 4 MPa which have a good effect of improve local adverse stress conditions.
