摘 要:RET沥青化学改性剂在我国的工程实践中使用较少,基于室内实验和试验路铺筑,通过对RET与SBS复合改性沥青针入度指标性能和PG分级系统研究,确定了RET与SBS适宜的掺配比例,系统评价了不同RET和SBS掺量复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能,进而定性揭示了RET对低剂量SBS改性沥青混合料的改性机理。试验结果表明,RET与SBS复合改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,RET与SBS复合可以充分发挥SBS与RET各自对沥青的改性作用,提高沥青混合料的综合路用性能。RET与SBS复合改性沥青中,RET的推荐掺量为1.0%~1.5%,SBS添加量为2.0%~3.0%;RET与SBS复合改性沥青可大幅改善SMA以及AC沥青混合料的综合路用性能,其高温稳定性和抗疲劳耐久性优于SBS改性沥青混合料。实体工程和试验段检测结果表明,RET与SBS复合改性沥青混凝土延长了道路的使用寿命,经济、社会效益显著。RET asphalt chemical modifier used in the engineering practice in our country is less, this article is based on indoor experiments and test road paving, through to the RET and SBS composite modified asphalt penetration index research performance and PG rating system, determine the RET and SBS appropriate blending ratio,this article did systematic study on penetration index performance and PG grade ,and determine the RET and SBS appropriate blending ratio, at the same time studied the road per- formance of RET and SBS compound modified asphalt and its mixture with different dosage of RET and SBS. The test results show that , RET and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture has good road per- formance, RET and SBS composite can give full play to the SBS and RET respectively for asphah modifi- cation effect, improve the comprehensive road performance of asphalt mixture. RET and SBS composite modified asphalt, the RET of the recommended dosage is 1% ~ 1.5% , the SBS content is 2.0% ~ 3.0% ; RET and SBS composite modified asphalt can greatly improve the SMA and AC road performance of asphalt mixture and its fatigue durability and is better than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture ; Entity engineering and test section test results show that the RET and SBS composite modified asphalt concrete to prolong the life of the road, economic and social benefit is remarkable.
