水药燕戛抗都匀亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴作用的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的:了解水药燕戛抗都匀亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴的作用。方法:用高、中、低浓度的水药燕戛,体外作用都匀亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴,并分别用生理盐水和吡喹酮处理作阴、阳性对照,24 h后观察囊尾蚴的杀灭情况及形态。结果:60、40、20 mg/ml的水药燕戛煎剂对囊尾蚴均具有显著杀灭作用,以60 mg/ml杀灭效果最佳,囊尾蚴死亡率达95.0%,死亡的囊尾蚴囊体呈紧缩状,头节膨大,吸盘组织变性,形态变形。结论:水药燕戛具有显著的抗都匀亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴作用。Objective：To understand the antagonistic effect of the aqueous drug Yan JIA against Duyun＆#39;s Taenia saginata asiatica cysticercus.Methods：High,medium and low concentrations of aqueous drug Yan JIA （per ml equivalent to the primary drug 60 mg/ml,40 mg/ml,20 mg/ml）were applied in vitro on Duyun＆#39;s Taenia saginata asiatica cysticercus,and physiological saline and praziquantel treatment were used as nega-tive and positive control,respectively.After 24 hours,the killing and morphology of Cysticercus were ob-served.Results：The results suggested that the high,medium and low concentrations of aqueous drug Yan JIA could all significantly kill the cysticercus of Duyun T.saginata asiatica.The primary drug of 60 mg/ml had the best effect of killing,and the death rate of the cysticercus reached 95.0%.The cysticercus bodies which were killed presented tightened shape.The scolex forms of the killed cysticercus were enlarged.And the sucking disks and morphology changed the shapes.Conclusion：It could be concluded that the aqueous drug Yan JIA had significant antagonistic effect against Duyun Asian Taenia saginata cysticercus.
