摘 要:随着科技的迅猛发展,石质文物的损坏和污染越来越重,其保护措施层出不穷。主要阐述了石质文物保护材料,有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法以及纳米材料改性硅丙乳液在石质文物中的具体研究。通过化学检测方法对自制改性前后的硅丙乳液的性能分别进行了检测和对比。实验结果表明纳米材料改性后的硅丙乳液在石质文物保护中的抗紫外线和耐老化特性、耐腐蚀抗氧化性、耐热稳定性、超双疏界面特性、透明性、呼吸性等各方面性能都有所提高。With the rapid development of science and technology, damage and pollution of stone relics is more and more heavy, its safeguard of also emerge in endlessly. Rocky, this paper expounds the matericals of stone conservation,the preparation methods of organosilicone modified acrylic resin and the concrete research of nano - materials modified silicone acrylic emulsion in stone relics. The performance of modified or unmodified homemade silicone acrylic emulsion were tested and compared through chemical detection method, respectively. Experimental results show that, the anti- ultraviolet radiation and ageing resistance properties,corrosion resistance oxidation resistance, heat stability, super hydrophobic interfacial characteristics, transparency, respiratory and so on various aspects performance are improved by modifing silicone acrylic emulsion.
