对大学高分子化学实验中白乳胶的制备的改进

摘　　要：采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对钠基蒙脱土进行有机化改性制得有机蒙脱土(OMMT),红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了OMMT的结构。将无机蒙脱土和有机蒙脱土分别代替制备白乳胶中的乳化剂制得新型白乳胶。与目前普遍选用的以OP-10为乳化剂的乳液聚合相比,改进后的实验反应时间缩短,聚合物颗粒分布均匀,实验成功率高,节约了实验成本,极大地调动了学生做实验的积极性。16 alkane -3 methyl -amine chloride was used as intercalation agent to treat Na ~ -montmorillonite （MMT） and for forming organic montmorillonite （OMMT）. The emulsifier were replaced by MMT and OMMT in the preparation of white emulsion. The improved method has much more advantages compared with the common used method, such as the reaction time is less ,the product has more average size of particles, the experiment succeeds in 100% and the cost is saved. Students show their very interest in this experiment.
