摘 要:本文以西峰油田第二联合站老化油为研究对象,采用热化学沉降破乳法和超声振动优化热化学沉降破乳法,分别添加7种自配破乳剂进行脱水实验,结果表明H7型破乳剂效果最好,H3型破乳剂对超声破乳最敏感,超声处理后7种破乳剂破乳脱水效果都得到明显改善。Thermal chemical demulsifieation method and ultrasonic assisted demulsification method were used to study on the dehydration of aging crude oil from the second united station of Xi Feng Oil Filed by respectivetly adding seven kinds of demulsifiers. The results indicated that the best effect was demulsifier H7 and demulsifier H3 was the most sensitive to the ultrasonic demulsification. The effects of the dehydration of aging crude oil had been obviously improved by respectivetly added the seven kinds of demulsifiers after ultrasonic treatment.
