摘　　要：人本产权论是贯彻"更好保障人民当家作主"、"坚持以人民为中心"等全面深化改革精神,对马克思人类异化复归理论由哲学抽象向现代制度转化的创新研究。这一研究对人力产权范畴内涵及其异化复归规律理论的创新,尤其对微观和宏观人力产权自主实现制度体系有机构成的人本产权型市场经济体制的探讨,包括对物本产权论及其"人力资本"范畴等西方经济理论的解剖,为建立中国特色"更好保障人民当家作主"的人本产权型市场经济体制提供了新的更为深层到位的理论支持。The human property right theory is to carry out the overall spirit of deepening reform, better ensuring thepeople＇s in power and adhering to people-centered concept, and the innovative research on Marx＇s human dissimilation return rule changing from philosophy abstraction to modern system. The research has proposed creation on human resource property right and dissimilation return rule, especially upon the discussion of human -property -right -oriented market economic system organized by independently realizing the organic constitution of human resource property right, in macro and micro level, including the analysis of property right theory,its category of ＂human capital＂ and other areas of the western economic theory, which all of the above is to establish the human-property-right-oriented market economic system and better ensure the people＇s in power with Chinese characteristics, also provides a new and more deep theoretical support in place.
