摘　　要：中国特色社会主义政治经济学是马克思主义经济学适应中国特色社会主义建设的需要,根据中国经济建设的成就和面临的挑战,努力探索新规律,形成具有中国风格、中国气派和中国思想的政治经济学新思想体系。中国特色社会主义政治经济学作为我国社会主义经济建设的指导思想,必然要努力解决社会主义经济问题,促进社会主义经济发展。这些问题不可能从马克思经典著作中获得现成的答案,只能在实践中摸索总结经济规律。应将马克思主义看作是一种方法和世界观,而不是具体的结论,这样才能突破传统的框架和体系,用科学的方法利用马克思主义研究中国现实的经济问题。According to the economic achievements and challenges, the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics is needed by the socialist construction, thus, work hard to explore new rules and form a new political economics thought system with China-style, China-way and China-thought. As the guiding ideology of China＇s socialist construction, the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics is inevitably supposed to solve the problems faced by socialist economy and also promote its development. And these problems can not be solved through the ready -made answers of Marx＇s classic works, only in practice would the economic rules be explored. Marxism should be regarded as a kind of method and word view, rather than a specific conclusion, only doing so can the traditional framework and system be broken, and make good use of Marxism to study China＇s real economic problems under scientific methods.
