摘　　要：中国特色社会主义政治经济学创新和发展的原则应该是习近平指出的"既要坚持其基本原理和方法论,更要同我国经济发展实际相结合"。改革开放以来,中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究遵循这一原则,不断丰富和发展了马克思主义政治经济学,形成了中国特色社会主义政治经济学的许多重要理论成果,其中带有中国特色社会主义政治经济学创新和发展的一个方向性成果就是提出经济体制这一概念,把它与经济制度区别开来,并在此基础上逐步明确了中国经济体制改革的目标就是建立社会主义市场经济体制。但是,中国特色社会主义政治经济学对这一重要理论成果的深化研究还不够,进一步深化对这一重要理论成果的研究仍然是创新和发展中国特色社会主义政治经济学的方向。其中主要是要进一步深化研究基本经济制度与经济体制的关系问题,如何把市场经济的规律和机制与社会主义基本经济制度有机的结合起来,使两者优势互补问题。The principle of the innovation and development upon the socialist political economics with Chinese Characteristics is expected to ＂not only stick to its basic principle and methodology, but also combine with the actual economic development in China＂,which is pointed out by Xi Jinping. Since the reform and opening up,the study on the socialist political economics with Chinese Characteristics has been following the principle, constantly enrich and develop Marxism political economics, which has formed its many important theoretical achievements. The proposing of economic structure concept is especially regarded as a directional achievement in terms of its innovation and development, which distinguishes from the economic system. And on the basis of that, the goal of China＇s economic reform is being gradually made that is to establish the socialist market economy. However, the research on this important theoretical achievement is not enough, and the further deepening research upon it will still be the direction considering the innovation and development of the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics. What＇s more, among them, the main is to further study the relationship between the basic economic system and economic structure; how to combine the law of the market economy with the basic socialist economic system organically is also a problem and makes the two be complementary to each other.
