数据驱动下的高校图书馆服务创新——以华东师范大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：探讨数据驱动下高校图书馆服务创新,给出从数据层至应用层的数据资源整合利用框架图,总结数据驱动下高校图书馆服务的新特点,即个性化、可视化、集成化、共享云开放平台、主动推动。并举例基于数据的个性化服务、决策支持、接口开发、开放获取等方面的实践,希望能为高校图书馆数据服务提供新的思路,以应对当前高校图书馆数据服务面临的挑战,促进高校图书馆数据服务进一步发展。Confronted with challenges from university library data service, this article has discussed how to innovate university library service driven by data, with an aim to provide new thoughts for university library data service and promote its further development. It first described the integration diagram of data resources from the data level to the application level and then summarized its new features, namely individualized, visualized, integrated, sharing cloud open platform and message pushing. In addition, it has given examples concerning applications of individualized services, decision-making, portal development and open access.
