106例血液透析患者营养干预配合家庭支持提高生活质量的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨营养干预配合家庭支持对维持性血液透析患者生活质量和家属满意度的影响。方法选取本院血液净化中心2015年2~7月的106例维持性血液透析治疗患者作为研究对象,实施6个月的营养干预和家庭支持。比较干预前后的家属满意度和生活质量评分。结果干预后的生活质量满意度显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预后生活状况各个方面的评分及生活质量总分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。干预后的患者家属满意度显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论营养干预结合家庭支持能够显著改善维持性血液透析患者的生活质量,提高家属满意度。Objective To explore the influence of nutritional intervention combined with family support on the life quality and family satisfaction of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 106 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment in the blood purification center of our hospital from February to July in 2015 were selected as the research group,nutritional intervention combined with the family support were provided for 6 months.The degree of patients family satisfaction and quality of life score before and after intervention was compared.Results The satisfaction degree of quality of life after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The scores of all aspects of the living condition and the total score of life quality after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of patients family after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nutrition intervention combined with family support can significantly improve the life quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,as well as improve family satisfaction degree.
