摘　　要：老年人参与志愿服务体现了"老有所为"和"积极老龄化"的理念。"老帮老"互助养老既有助于开发老年人力资源,又可在一定程度上缓解养老资源不足的压力。针对目前互助养老现状,应从招募制度、回馈激励、教育培训、政策扶持、整合资源以及借力非政府组织等方面,构建"老帮老"互助养老长效机制。Old peopled participation in the aged care support service can not only exploit the old labor resource but also ease the shortage of aged care resource.In order to construct a long-term mechanism for the mutual aid between the aged,the governmentshould establish the recruitment system and encouraging mechanism,providing relevant training and education and favorable policy,integrating all kinds of resources and making full use of the NGO.
