摘 要:消费资本化理论是21世纪初出现的一种崭新的经济理论,它的出现和运用对中国经济发展起到了巨大的推动作用。消费资本化理论的核心内容是消费向生产领域和经济领域延伸,消费转化为资本。直销是实现消费资本化的最佳形式,它是可能产品到现实产品的捷径,直销能使生产者和消费者获得最大的经济实惠,在市场经济条件下具有强大的生命力。文章就此提出建议:要区分直销和传销,普及消费资本化理论,提高居民收入,增加社会有效需求总量,进一步完善流通领域的规章制度,建立有序、规范的营销市场,科学制定实现消费资本化的最佳方案,实现消费者和生产者的利益最大化。Consumption capitalization theory is a new economic theory raised in the beginning of twenty-first century, and its emergence and promoting have made great contribution to China's economy development. The main content of the consumption capitalization theory is the extension of consumption to production and economic fields, during which process the consumption is transferred into capital. Direct sales,the shortcut from virtual products to real products, is the best form of consumption capitalization and has shown a strong vitality in the market economy. It is really important to distinguish between direct selling and pyramid schemes, to popularize the theory of consumption capitalization . to raise the income of residents, to establish the marketing with proper standard, to make the best plan promoting the consumption capitalization, and to realize the maximization of the interests of consumers and producers.
