摘  要:针对以气压制动实现解耦式制动能量回收存在的问题和电子机械制动的特点,提出了以机电制动(EMB)实现解耦式制动能量回收的方案;据此,并综合考虑制动法规、制动能量回收率和制动平顺性等约束条件,制定了相应的控制策略。搭建了联合仿真平台进行仿真,对系统的可行性和经济性进行了验证。结果表明:EMB可满足制动能量回收对机械制动力的调节需求,制动力分配符合驾驶员要求;基于EMB的解耦式制动能量回收系统,与无制动能量回收方案相比,每百公里可节省的能耗大于36.48k W·h,节能率高于34.69%;与传统耦合制动能量回收方案相比,每百公里可节省的能耗大于17.73k W·h,节能率高于19.86%,效果显著。In view of the defects of the decoupled brake energy recovery with pneumatic brake and the characteristics of electro-mechanical brake ( EMB),a scheme of decoupled brake energy recovery with EMB is proposed ,based on which and with concurrent considerations of braking regulations, brake energy recovery rate and braking smoothness and other constraints,a corresponding control strategy is formulated. A co-simulation platform is then constructed and a simulation is conducted to verify the feasibility and economy of the system. The results show that EMB can meet the requirements of brake energy recovery for adjusting mechanical braking force and the distribution of braking forces is in accordance with driver, s desire. The EMB-based decoupled brake energy recovery system can save more than 36. 48kW · h energy per 100 km with a energy saving rate over 34. 6 9 % compared with the system without brake energy recovery,and can save more than 17. 73 kW · h energy per 100 km with a energy sav-ing rate over 19. 86% compared with traditional coupled brake energy recovery system,demonstrating a significant energy saving effect.
