摘  要:塑料温室在使用过程中,塑料薄膜表面的灰尘和苔藓逐渐增加导致透光率降低,严重影响温室内作物的光照强度。设计一种塑料温室棚顶清洗机,用于清洗配有遮阳棚和无遮阳棚的塑料温室棚顶。清洗机包含6个单节清洗装置,可与拱形棚顶的弧度自然贴合;控制系统包括一个主控制器和5个分控制器,每个分控制器控制相应的操作。应用正交试验探索其最佳工况参数,试验表明清洗机行走速度为1m/min、毛刷转速为120r/min、喷水量为0.09L/s时,此清洗机的清洗效果较好,清洗后薄膜的透光率为新薄膜透光率的87%。提高温室内作物的光照强度,为温室棚顶清洗机进一步研发提供参考。Light transmittance of plastic membrane decreases gradually because of the increasing dust and moss on its surface during the using process,which seriously impact the light intensity in greenhouse.A cleaning machine including 6single cleaning devices for plastic greenhouse ceiling was designed,which fit with the vaulted roof curvature naturally.The control system included a main controller and 5sub controllers,and every sub controller controlled the corresponding cleaning device.The walking speed,brushing speed,water quantity were taken as test factors,while plastic membrane transmittance was taken as test index,the orthogonal experiment was applied to explore the best operating conditions.The experiment result showed that cleaning effect reaches maximum when the test parameters are as follows:the walking speed is 1m/min,the brush speed is 120r/min,the water volume is 0.09L/s,and the membrane transmittance after cleaning can reach 87% of a new membrane.The design enhances the light intensity in greenhouse for the crops and provides reference for the further development.
