摘  要:为研究小麦制粉过程中麦粒不同组成部分对金属磨辊的磨损性能,本文以磨辊常用表层材料低铬白口铁为耐磨试样,以麸皮和面粉不同比例混合物为磨料,采用与辊式磨粉机工况相似的三体磨料磨损试验机进行磨损试验,计算磨损失重,观察磨损表面形貌,分析磨损机制。结果表明:面粉对金属材料磨损性能的影响小于麸皮对金属材料磨损性能的影响;二者对金属材料的磨损行为也有所不同,面粉对金属表面起研磨和机械抛光作用,因此,被磨损表面趋于光滑;麸皮则呈现出典型的软磨料磨损行为,显微切削和疲劳剥落是其主要磨损形式。For study the wear performance of different composition wheat powder on metal roller in wheat milling process,low chromium white iron which is commonly used as roller surface materials was selected as wear-resisting sample,the mixture powder of wheat bran and flour with different proportions was applied as the abrasive,the wear test was done by using the three body abrasive wear tester that similar to the working condition of roller mill.The wear weightlessness was calculated,the wear surface morphology was observed,and the wear mechanism was discussed.The results show that the flour has minimum effect on the properties of wear,the effect of bran is the biggest;the wear behavior of metal materials is also different,the former is metal surface grinding and mechanical polishing,therefore,the worn surface is smooth and had certain luster;The latter showed the typical soft abrasive wear behavior with micro cutting and fatigue flake.
