摘  要:针对260 t转炉冶炼低磷IF钢时存在温度、磷和氧含量很难同时命中的问题,采用了留渣双渣的冶炼工艺,通过合理控制留渣量、一次倒渣温度和一次倒渣时间等措施后,冶炼低磷IF钢转炉终点磷含量低于0.012%,终点氧值降低了0.011 2%,提高了钢水质量。Considering the problems that these target values of the temperature, content of phosphorus and oxygen is difficult to be achieved at the same time in smelting molten IF steel with low content of phosphorus by 260 t converter, the slag reserving and duplex slag process was used. After taking such measures as suitably controlling slag reserving amount, deslagging temperature from the converter at a time and deslagging time, the content of phosphorus in molten steel at the end-point by converter steelmaking is less than 0.012% and the content of oxygen is reduced by 0.011 2% so that the quality of molten steel is improved.
