摘　　要：从社会性别和历史交叉视角出发,引入女性主义理论/方法,在对当代大陆新儒家领军人物蒋庆的"政治儒学"之"王道政治"、"弘扬三纲"、"安顿女性"等论说进行文本分析的基础上,揭示其背后的学理、内在的逻辑和现实的效果,评估其对女性发展和社会公正可能造成的负面影响;同时试图从其本体论、认识论和方法论的误区等方面进行梳理和批判,以期促进男女平等国策的推进和落实。Applying feminist theories and methodologies, this article focuses on the textual analyses of ＂Political Confucianism＂ in contemporary China interpreted by New-Confucianist Jiang Qing, including concepts of ＂benevolent governance＂, ＂Promotion of Three Principles＂, and ＂Consolation to Women＂ from the intersecting perspective of gender and history. It reveals the theoretical root, inherent logic and actual effect of these interpretations, and assess its possible negative impact on female development and social justice. By criticizing and clarifying false conceptualization in its ontology, epistemology and methodology, this article is an attempt to contribute to the promotion of national policy on gender equality and exploration of new aspects in women and gender studies across China.
