摘　　要：IEC 61850已经成为变电站自动化系统的国际标准,国内应用发展迅速。一致性测试是IEC 61850标准的一项重要内容,是保证装置互操作的基础。作为最高级别的一致性测试,A级测试要求非常严格。介绍一致性测试的理论;结合频率电压紧急控制装置开展A级一致性测试的经历,深入分析测试过程中出现的典型问题,可给相关装置的测试提供有价值的参考。IEC 61850 has become international standard of substation automation system. It is developing rapidly in China. Conformance test is an important part of IEC 61850. It＇s the basis of interoperability among devices. As the highest level of conformance testing, level-A test requirements are very strict. This paper introduces the theory of conformance test. Combined with the level-A conformance test of frequency and voltage emergency control device, we deeply analyze the typical problems that occur during the test. It will provide valuable reference for testing similar devices.
