摘  要:针对传统方法在检测汽车电动助力转向系统中的H桥电路板性能时,存在检测效率低、故障点定位困难和返厂维修不便等问题,运用嵌入式技术和数据库技术,设计并实现了一套集在线测试(ICT)与功能测试(FCT)于一体的便携式检测系统.测试使用表明,该系统具有检测效率高、故障点定位准确、可脱离上位机独立运行和携带方便等优点,不仅适用于批量H桥电路板的性能检测,还适用于各种环境下的H桥电路板故障件的维修.To deal with the deficiency of low detection efficiency,the difficulty of locating fault and returning the H-bridge circuit board to the manufacturer for repair in the conventional method used to detect the H-bridge circuit board in electric power steering system,a portable detection system was developed which integrated the in-circuit tester( ICT) and function test( FCT) based on the combination of the embedded and database technology. The intensive experiments demonstrated that this system had the advantage of high detection efficiency,accurate fault location and was independent of upper computer and convenient to carry around. The present method was not only applicable for detecting batch H-bridge circuit boards,but also good for maintaining the H-bridge circuit board fault parts under various environments.
