保定市精准扶贫面临的现实挑战及应对策略

摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的"六个精准"是指导我国扶贫工作的基本方针。我国的精准扶贫取得了举世瞩目的成就,也面临着诸多的挑战,如:精准识别贫困人口难、农村基础设施建设落后、扶贫资金筹集渠道单一、扶贫工作队的工作效率不高以及贫困人口受教育水平低。保证精准扶贫的成效,需要采用正确的识别方法和动态管理机制,多渠道筹集扶贫资金和加强资金的管理,探索因地制宜、因人制宜的扶贫模式,提高扶贫工作队的工作效率,加大对贫困人口的教育培训,发挥农村能人的作用。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forwand＂Six Accuracy＂ is the fundamental strategy for poverty alleviation in China. Our country＇s accurate poverty alleviation has made remarkable achievements, also faces with many challenges, such as the difficulty of accurately distinguishing the poor, under-developed countryside infrastructural facilities, single channel of poverty alleviation fund raising, the low work efficiency of the poverty alleviation work teams, low education level of the poor. To ensure effectiveness of accurate poverty alleviation, the correct identification method and dynamic management mechanism should be adopted, multi-channel to raise poverty alleviation funds and strengthen financial management, explore poverty alleviation mode from local and individual conditions, improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation work teams, increase the education and training for the poor, play the role of rural elite.
