摘 要:采用X荧光光谱法测定浇铸成型柱状铁水样品中大于0.14%的P含量时,发现X荧光检测值与样品钻屑后采用ICP的分析值经常不能吻合。为此研究了柱状样品中高含量P的偏析规律,以期为X荧光光谱分析法获得合适的分析位置,试验表明,磷含量由铸样底部至顶部有升高趋势,但不具有可确定X荧光光谱法最佳分析面的系统偏析规律。When the phosphorus content of casting formed columnar iron samples is above 0.14%, the test results by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry often do not agree with the test results by ICP-AES method on drilled chipping samples. In this paper, the segregation pattern of high phosphorus content in columnar iron samples is studied to determine the appropriate location for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Experimental results showed that phosphorus content has a rising trend from the bottom to top of the sample but no systematic pattern to determine the appropriate location for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
