摘 要:针对安检、示踪标识物与爆炸物品相容性的重要表现是热稳定性的问题,采用杜瓦瓶实验法对研制的安检示踪标识物分别与乳化炸药、粉状乳化炸药和乳胶基质的热稳定性进行了研究.结果是,实验温度100℃,实验过程中样品的最高温度为95-98℃.依据联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书-实验和标准手册》(第五修订版)的判定标准,试样具有热稳定性,表明所研制的安检示踪标识物与乳化炸药、粉状乳化炸药和乳胶基质的相容性良好.该实验为实现安检和示踪等目标提供了依据.Explosives securi ty-check and tracing markers make identificat ion for explosive materials by means of its chemical coding to achieve the purpose of security and tracing. Due to its special mission, the compatibility of explosives and tracing markers is essential since only a good compatibility can guarantee a long-term co-existence of the markers and explosives. This is also ensured to remain the feature recognition and identity code and make no influence on the performance of explosives. The Dewar bottle test method was used to study the thermal stability of emulsion explosive, powdery emulsion explosive and emul-sion matrix which were mixed with security-check and tracing markers respectively, with the test temperature of 100 ℃. During the test,the highest temperatures of the samples were 95 ℃ to 98 ℃. The test results showed that the samples had thermal stability, according to the United Nations " The Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Test and Criteria"(Fifth revision). Therefore,the compatibility of the developed security-check and tracing markers with emulsion explosives ,powdery emulsion explosives and emulsion matrix comformed to the safety standards.
