“It's My Academic Responsibility to Tell the Truth”: An Interview with Professor Yang Deguang

摘　　要：杨德广教授思想开放、观点鲜明、直言不讳,敢于面对我国高等教育现实中存在的一些热点、难点问题,不回避矛盾,以批判性思维在高等教育理论研究中提出许多超前的创新见解。20世纪80年代就提出要改革高等教育体制,要改革大学生"统包、统配"制度,要发展教育产业、建立教育市场,要积极利用民间资本大力发展民办教育等。对如何正确看待高教扩招和"教育适应论",对高校等级制、高校行政化问题,对中国教育中的"学前教育过早、基础教育过度、高等教育过量"问题、对教师教学中"时间投入不足、精力投入不足、情感投入不足"等都有尖锐批评和深刻见解。Open-minded and outspoken,Professor Yang Deguang faces up to hot issues and difficult points in his research on theories of higher education and puts forward many innovative forward-looking opinions with critical thinking. In the 1980s,there were such opinions on the reform of the higher education system as eradication of guaranteed job assignment,developmentof the education industry, establishmentof the education market and of private education utilizing non-government capitals, etc. Yang also holds in-depth views on issues about early pre-school education,excessive elementary education, undue higher education, and lack of investment of time,energy and emotion devotion in teaching.
