2型糖尿病患者实施个案管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察个案管理对2型糖尿病患者疾病控制的的效果.方法选择符合纳入标准的2 型糖尿病患者100 例,随机分为对照组和观察组各 50例.对照组给予糖尿病专科治疗和护理,观察组在专科治疗和护理的基础上实施个案管理.观察治疗前后两组体重指数、腰/臀比、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等糖尿病患者常用代谢性指标结果干预后两组患者 WHR、FBG、2PBG等疾病指标比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有显著意义（P〈O.05）结论通过个案管理能够明显改善 2型糖尿病患者疾病控制指标.ObjectiveWatch case management in patients with type 2 diabetes disease control effect.MethodsChoose the inclusion criteria of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes, the 50 cases randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group given diabetes specialist treatment and care, observation group in specialist treatment and nursing on the basis of the implementation of case management. Were observed before and after treatment of two groups of body mass index （bmi）, waist/hip ratio, fasting blood sugar, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin diabetic metabolic index, etc Results Two groups of patients after intervention WHR, FBG, 2 PBG disease indexes such as comparison, observation group is better than that of control group, the difference is significant （P 〈 0. 05） conclusion Through case management can significantly improve patients with type 2 diabetes disease control indicators.
