复方苦参注射液加化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方苦参注射液加化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床效果.方法选取我院 2013 年 5 月-2015 年5 月收治的 60 例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为2 组,对照组和观察组,每组30例患者.对照组恶性肿瘤患者使用化疗的方式进行治疗,而观察组恶性肿瘤患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方苦参注射液进行治疗,然后观察两组患者治疗的总有效率.结果对照组恶性肿瘤患者治疗的总有效率为53.33%,观察组恶性肿瘤患者治疗的总有效率为83.33%,观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率（P〈0.05）. 结论针对恶性肿瘤患者,使用复方苦参注射液联合化疗进行治疗,效果显著,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上广泛推广使用.ObjectiveAnalysis compound sophora injection plus chemotherapy for treatment of malignant tumor.MethodsFrom May 2013 to 2015 years of 60 patients with malignant tumor were admitted in March as the research object, were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Control group of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy treatment in the form of treatment in the control group and observation group of malignant tumor patients on the basis of the given compound sophora injection treatment, and then looked at two groups of patients with total effective rate of treatment. ResultsThe control group of patients with malignant tumor treatment the total effective rate was 53.33%, the observation group of patients with malignant tumor treatment the total effective rate was 83.33%, total effective rate of treatment group patients was obviously higher than that of control group total effective rate of treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionFor patients with malignant tumor, the use of compound sophora injection treatment with combination chemotherapy,the effect significantly, can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life, is worth to be widely used in clinic.
