ERPF与GFR测定在慢性肾脏病患者中的对比应用

摘  要:目的对比分析 99mTc-DTPA与131I-OIH肾动态显像测定 GFR与ERPF在慢性肾脏病患者中的临床价值.方法分别对 73 例慢性肾脏病患者行99mTc-DTPA与 131I-OIH肾动态显像,测定肾小球滤过率 (GFR)和肾有效血浆流量(ERPF)值,对其结果行统计学分析.结果在慢性肾脏病患者中,131I-OIH肾动态显像测得的 ERPF的降低率明显大于99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像测得的 GFR降低率,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论99mTc-DTPA与 131I-OIH 肾动态显像测定 GFR及ERPF有助于了解慢性肾脏病患者早期肾功能情况,不仅能提示总肾的 ERPF及GFR值,还能反映分肾的ERPF及GFR值,具有重要的临床价值.ObjectiveTo comparatively analyze the clinical value of 99mTc-DTPA and 131I-OIH renal dynamic imaging measuring ERPF and GFR in patients with Chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methodsseventy three patients with CKD underwent 99mTc-DTPA and 131I-OIH renal dynamic imaging.For each case, calcutated with the glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and the effective renal plasma flow(ERPF) respectively. The results were statistically analyzed.ResultsIn patients with CKD,the rate of decreasing of ERPF detected by 131I-OIH was obviously greater than the rate of decreasing of GFR detected by 99mTc-DTPA,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01).ConclusionFor patients with CKD, 99mTc-DTPA and 131I-OIH renal dynamic imaging measuring ERPF and GFR could help to understand the early kidney function ,not only the total kidney function of ERPF and GFR,and also the left and right kidney function of GFR and ERPF, having important clinical significance.
