骨科护士实施康复护理工作体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的研究骨科护士在实施康复护理工作中的体验及需求.方法本研究中的质性研究采用现象学研究法,通过对本医院骨科的临床护士进行深入访谈的方式,了解他们在实施康复护理工作中的体验及需求.结果结合深入访谈的具体内容,对相关资料进行阅读,分析并整理出如下4条：关于康复护理知识的认知、患者对康复护理的理解和配合、医院及科室管理者对康复护理的重视与支持、医护团队之间的协作.结论对于骨科患者采用康复护理,对患者康复速度带来明显的影响,患者经一段时间的康复护理后,其恢复效果更明显,同时也体现了优质护理的内涵,但是在医院骨科内实施康复护理需要医院及科室管理者的重视及支持、医护团队之间的密切合作,对骨科护士进行规范化培训是提高骨科护士的康复护理水平的重要手段之一.Objective： Research and experience in the implementation of rehabilitation nursing orthopaedic nurses needs. Methodsqualitative research USES the phenomenological method in this study, based on the hospital orthopedic clinical nurse in-depth interviews, to understand their role in carrying out the rehabilitation nursing experience and needs.ResultIn combination with the specific content of in-depth interviews, to read relevant materials, analyze and sort out the following four： knowledge of rehabilitation nursing of patients with cognitive understanding of rehabilitation nursing and cooperate with the hospital and department manager’s emphasis on rehabilitation care and support collaboration between the health care team.ConclusionFor orthopaedic patients with rehabilitation nursing, obvious influence on the patients recovery rate, after a period of rehabilitation nursing of patients, the restoration effect is more obvious, also reflected the connotation of the quality of nursing at the same time, but within the hospital orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing needs of hospital and department managers attach importance to and support the collaboration between the medical team, normalize the orthopaedic nurses training is to improve the level of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing of one of the important means.
