椎管内麻醉手术中手术室护士的配合与护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士在椎管内麻醉手术中的配合及护理方法,并分析护理体会.方法回顾性分析采用椎管内麻醉手术的77例患者的临床资料,对比麻醉前后患者血压、心率及呼吸状况,观察患者一次穿刺成功率及麻醉并发症发生情况.结果麻醉后,患者血压、心率及呼吸有所升高,但差异并不显著,不具备统计学意义（P〉0.05）.77例患者中,75例患者一次穿刺成功,成功率97.4%;4例患者出现麻醉并发症,发生率为5.2%.结论患者接受椎管内麻醉手术治疗时,手术室护士的配合及护理科提高麻醉效果,保证患者生命体征平稳,降低术中并发症发生率,提升手术成功率.ObjectiveTo investigate the operation room nurse cooperation and nursing methods during surgery in spinal anesthesia,and analyze the nursing experience.MethodsTo retrospectively analyze the clinical data of intraspinal anesthesia of 77 patients,contrast before and after anesthesia patients’blood pressure,heart rate and breathing observed patients with a puncture success rate and anesthesia complications occurrence.Resultsafter anesthesia,blood pressure,heart rate and respiration were increased,but the difference was not significant,with no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.In 77 patients,75 patients with a puncture,the success rate of 97.4%;4 cases of patients with anesthesia complications,the incidence rate was 5.2%.Conclusionpatients undergoing spinal anesthesia for surgical treatment and nurses in operating room nursing cooperation and improve the anesthetic effect,to ensure the stable operation of the vital signs of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the success rate of surgery.
