探讨中医健康管理模式对脑卒中患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医健康管理模式对脑卒中患者康复的影响.方法采用问卷调查法分析脑卒中患者的需求,并结合相关文献资料建立脑卒中患者中医健康管理模式.选取 60例脑中卒患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组实施自我管理模式,实验组实施中医健康管理模式,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果对照组实施自我管理前后 NFDS、BI 指数、HPLPⅡ及SF-36评分无显著变化（P〉0.05）,实验组干预后以上各项评分均明显优于干预前（P〈0.05）;干预后实验组以上各项评分均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论中医健康管理模式的建立融合了全面的健康监测、分析、评估,提供健康咨询和指导以及对健康危险因素的干预等,有效地提高脑中卒患者健康管理水平,促进肢体功能恢复,提高生活质量.ObjectiveTo explore the effects of health management model on rehabilitation of patients with stroke.Methodsa questionnaire survey was used to analyze the needs of stroke patients, and combined with relevant literature data to establish the model of TCM health management for patients with stroke. Select 60 cases of cerebral stroke patients for the study were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each with 30 cases in each, control the implementation of self management model, the experimental group implementation health management mode of traditional Chinese medicine were observed therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Resultsimplementation of the control group before and after the self-management NFDS, Bi index, hplp II and SF-36 score no significant change （P 〉 0.05）, of dry prognosis more than the score of the experimental group were significantly better than before intervention （P 〈 0.05）; after the intervention in the experimental group the scores were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusionthe establishment of the health management mode of traditional Chinese medicine fusion comprehensive health monitoring, analysis, evaluation, provide health advice and guidance and intervention of health risk factors, effectively improve the cerebral stroke patients and health management level, promote the recovery of limb function, improve the quality of life.
