外来器械术前三方核查表在手术室中应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外来器械术前三方核查表在手术室中应用,为临床推广使用提供理论依据.方法选取我科2015 年3月 30日至2015 年5月24 日内涉及外来器械的择期手术,随机分为实验组和对照组.奇数组为实验组,本组均使用外来器械术前三方核查表;偶数组为对照组,本组均不使用外来器械术前三方核查表;记录外来器械准确到位台次,外来器械正常使用台次,统计分析.结果实验组和对照组外来器械准确到位和正常使用率P值均小于 0.001,差异有统计学意义.结论 外来器械术前三方核查表在手术室中应用可以杜绝因外来手术器械准备不充分导致患者手术推迟,能有效缩短手术时间,保证患者手术安全,减少患者不必要的经济负担,有利于和谐医疗氛围的构建.To explore exotic instruments before surgery tripartite checklist in the operating room applications, providing a theoretical basis for clinical use. Conclusionexotic instruments tripartite surgery checklist in the operating room can be eliminated due to external application of surgical instruments, resulting in patients inadequately prepared to postpone surgery, can effectively shorten the operation time, ensure the operation safety of patients, reducing unnecessary economic burden of patients, is conducive to a harmonious medical Construction atmosphere.
