摘　　要：目的探讨影响静脉营养液质量的相关因素.方法采用回顾的方法,通过查阅文献,总结分析影响静脉营养液的原因.结果各相关因素均对静脉营养液的质量存在安全隐患.结论配置使用营养液时,应重视各环节因素对成品质量的影响,确保临床安全用药.ObjectiveToexploretherelatedfactorsaffectingthequalityofintravenousnutrientsolution.Methodsaretrospectivereviewwasusedtoanalyzethecausesoftheinfluenceofvenousnutrientsolutionthroughconsultingliterature.Results：alltherelatedfactorshadasafehiddendangertothequalityofvenousnutritionsolution.Conclusionwhenusingthenutrientsolution,weshouldpaymoreattentiontotheinfluenceofthefactorsonthequalityoffinishedproducts,soastoensurethesafetyofthemedicine.
