摘　　要：实施知识产权战略能迅速提升江西农业的自主知识产权创造和运用能力。江西在农业知识产权管理方面还存在许多不足,还处于分散管理阶段,许多管理制度不配套,管理水平有待提高。通过对江西农业知识产权管理现状进行分析,提出了建立江西农业知识产权管理平台的架构思路,并对江西农业知识产权管理平台后续运行提出建议。The implementation of Intellectual Property Strategy in Jiangxi Province can quickly improve its ability of inde-pendent creation and application of agricultural intellectual property. There still exists some deficiencies in the management of agricultural intellectual property on the whole,such as decentralized management,imperfect related systems and low management level. The paper analyzes the present management situation of Jiangxi’s agricultural intellectual property,proposes to establish a platform to manage agricultural intellectual property. In addition,subsequent operation suggestionsof the platform were also proposed.
