摘　　要：随着我国钢产量的增长,国家对钢结构应用的鼓励政策及钢结构自身的优越性,使钢结构建筑获得良好的发展空间。天津滨海新区文化中心文化长廊为全焊接钢结构,其伞形钢柱焊接量大,质量要求高,高空作业多,施焊空间狭小,钢构与土建交叉作业多,给焊接质量控制带来了严峻的考验。针对天津滨海新区文化中心文化长廊伞形钢柱焊接的特点和技术难点,从人员配备,材料、质量检测、施工环境等方面采取控制措施,目的在于保证焊接的顺利施工和产品的焊接质量。With the increase of steel production in our country,the encouragement of steel structure utilization by govern-ment and the superiority of steel structure itself provide a good development space for steel structure buildings. The gallery in Culture Center of Tianjin Binhai New Area is a fully welded steel structure. The umbrella-shaped steel columns have a lot of high-altitude operations and welding work with high quality. Its welding space is narrow and there are lots of cross opera-tions between steel structure and civil works. These bring a severe test to the welding quality control. In this paper,according to the characteristics and technical difficulties of the welding of umbrella-shaped steel column in Culture Center of Tianjin Binhai New Area,control measures were adopted in the aspects of personnel,materials,quality inspection,construction environment to ensure smooth welding operations and welding quality.
