摘　　要：介绍了开放性住宅的发展背景,从持久性、灵活性、多样性三个角度,论述了开放性住宅的主要特点,并结合实际案例,分析了开放性住宅的设计方法,从而满足人们对于住宅的个性化需求。The thesis introduces the development background of open residential,discusses major characteristics of open residential from three aspects of durability,flexibility and variety,and analyzes the design methods of open residential by combining with actual cases,so as to meet people＇s individual demand for residence.
