摘  要:强力旋压成形中回弹严重影响筒形件的精度。本文采用单因素试验的方法,研究了减薄率、进给比、旋轮压下量对旋后筒形件的回弹量影响,获得了其影响规律及筒形件轴向回弹量的分布规律。结果表明:随着减薄率的增大,回弹量增大;随着进给比的增大,回弹量先减小后增大;随着旋轮压下量的增大,回弹量减小。The springback seriously affects the precision of the cylindrical part during power spinning forming. The effects of reduction ratio, feed ratio, and the reduction amount of the rotary wheel on the springback of the cylindrical part after spinning were studied by using the methods of single-factor test, and the influence law and the distribution law of the axial springback of the cylindrical part were obtained. The results show that with thinning rate increasing, springback increases; with feeding ratio increasing, springback decreases firstly and then increases; with roller reduction increasing, springback decreases.
