摘  要:以某型号柴油机的连杆衬套为对象,采用单因素试验法,分别以进给比、减薄率以及旋轮首轮压下量为因素进行了连杆衬套的旋压试验。对旋压件进行了表面粗糙度测量,通过粗糙度数据分析,研究了旋压工艺参数以及热处理对于旋压件表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,在三个工艺参数中,减薄率对连杆衬套表面粗糙度Ra的影响最为明显,进给比次之。热处理后连杆衬套的表面粗糙度变化不大。减薄率为45%时表面粗糙度最小。Taking the connecting rod bushing of a certain type of diesel engine as the object, taking the feed ratio, thinning rate and reduction in the first spinning wheel as factors, spinning tests of connecting rod bushing were carried out by using single factor test method. The surface roughness measurement of spinning parts was carried out. The influences of process parameters of spinning and heat treatment on the surface roughness of spinning parts were studied through the analysis of roughness data. The results show that in the three process parameters, the effect of thinning rate on the surface roughness of Ra is the most obvious, and feed ratio is the second. Change of surface roughness of rod bushing after heat treatment is little. When the reduction ratio is 45%, the surface roughness is the minimum.
