摘 要:主要介绍了以单片机AT89C2051为中央处理器的旋转电弧传感器调速系统的设计与可靠性试验;简要介绍了电机驱动电路的设计,利用数据采集卡ART2932对光耦发出的脉冲信号进行采集与处理;重点介绍了基于单片机AT89C2051产生矩形波信号,从而产生PWM信号的软件设计。采用的旋转电弧传感器很方便地实现了焊缝的精准实时跟踪,调速系统可靠性得到很大的提高。Based on the single chip microcomputer AT89C2051 as the central processor, the design and reliability test of the speed control system of the rotating arc sensor were mainly introduced,and the design of dynamo drive circuit was aslo briefly introduced. The data acquisition card ART2932 was used to collect and process pulse signals emitted by optocoupler. The square wave signals produced by SCM AT89C2051 were emphatically introduced, resulting in software design of PWM signal. By using the rotating arc sensor, it is easy to achieve accurate real-time tracking of the weld seam, and the reliability of the speed control system is greatly improved.
