摘  要:支撑臂是运架设备轮组机构的重要构件,支撑臂中腹板、挂板与法兰面的垂直度要求比较高,且构件焊后刚度大,不易矫正。通过多批次实践对支撑臂制作工艺进行优化,从而设计出组焊件拼焊方案,成功地解决了支撑臂的法兰面垂直度要求,并且很好地保证了焊缝质量。The support arm is an important component of wheel set mechanism of transport and erection equipment. The verticality requirement of web plate, hanging plate and flange surface in supporting ann is relatively high, the stiffness of the component is large after welding and it is not easy to correct. The production process of the supporting arm was optimized by multiple batches of practice, and the welding scheme of welding part assembly was determined. It successfully solves the verticality requirement of the support ann flange and it ensures the quality of welding seam very well.
