摘  要:为提高油茶嫁接育苗效率,在直播砧木容器苗上嫁接,以降低嫁接对根系伤害,提高嫁接苗生长能力。将沙藏油茶砧木种子在露白后分别播种于32孔穴盘和无纺布容器中,并在容器表面覆盖细沙,当年5月中旬去除沙层后直接进行芽苗砧嫁接。结果表明:1在基质上覆沙能显著增加砧木粗度;2直播嫁接育苗优于芽苗起砧嫁接,显著提高根系和新梢生长量;3无纺布容器大田育苗有助于根系的生长,无纺布托盘育苗有助于新梢的生长。直播嫁接容器育苗与传统芽苗起砧嫁接法相比能显著促进根系生长和提高新梢生长量。In order to improve efficiency of grafting of Camellia oleifera,direct grafting seedling was conducted to reduce harm to rooting and improve growth ability of grafting seedlings.The seeds of Camellia oleifera were sowed in 32-hole tray and non-woven fabric container,with overlying sand on the surface of the vessel.The seedlings were grafted onto the rootstocks after washing sand in the middle of May. The result show that: 1Overlying sand in the substrate could increase the thickness of rootstock; 2 Propation of direct grafting was better than that of nurse seeding grafts and direct grafting improved the growth of rooting system and shoots; 3 the non-woven fabric container in the seed bed was beneficial to rooting growth,and non-woven tray seeding was beneficial to the growth of shoots. Direct grafting seedling could significantly promote growth of rooting system and improve the increment of shoots compared with the traditional nurse graft seedling.
