摘 要:为了确保特高压工程跨电网、跨区域电能计量的准确可靠,促使发电、输电及用电三方的利益得到明确和保证,解决特高压交流电网中电容式电压互感器(CVT)误差特性的现场校准试验难题,研制了一种特高压标准电压互感器一体化装置。基于工频电压加法原理,采用特殊的罐式结构紧凑化设计思路,将特高压电压互感器标准电压互感器设计成上下两级GIS单元,缩小了装置的体积和重量,以适应特高压互感器现场校验车的装载。通过理论计算确定罐体尺寸及材料,使用电磁场仿真软件对隔离互感器进行3D建模及优化设计。样机的测试结果表明,特高压电压互感器一体化标准电压互感器装置的工频耐受电压为630 kV,准确度等级0.05级,满足特高压现场试验需求。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of electric energy metering of different grids and regions to guarantee the interests of power generation, transmission and customers and to carry on the on-site calibration test of CVT error characteristics in UHV grid, the standard UHV voltage transformer(VT) integrated device has been developed. Based on the principle of power-frequency voltage addition and the design idea of using a special tank compact structure, the UHV VT integrated device is designed to be upper and lower levels of GIS units, which reduces the volume and weight of the device to accommodate the UHV transformer on-site calibration vehicle load. The tank size and material are determined by theoretical calculation. The 3D modeling and optimization of isolation transformer are designed by electromagnetic simulation software. The test results of prototype indicate that the power frequency withstand voltage of 630 kV and the accuracy of grade 0.05 of UHV VT integrated device both meet the ultra-high voltage on-site trials.
