摘  要:气体绝缘开关设备中的隔离开关操作,将在设备内产生特快速暂态电流,可能造成变电站内二次设备的失效或故障。现有的关于特快速暂态电流的研究主要集中于仿真计算和实验室模拟试验两方面,尚无关于特快速暂态电流现场测量的报道。针对上述研究现状,文中旨在开发适用于实际工况的特快速暂态电流测量系统,并通过现场试验验证测量系统的准确性。首先,开发了基于罗氏线圈的电流测量系统,并着重解决了系统的现场安装和电磁屏蔽问题;而后,通过实验室的模拟试验回路,对整个测量系统的性能进行了标定。将标定过的系统应用于252 kV单相式气体绝缘开关设备的现场试验,测量了隔离开关操作过程产生的特快速暂态电流,获取了其暂态波形、幅值和频率等主要信息,其最大幅值为1.75 kA,主要频率为400 k Hz和6-8 MHz,验证了测量系统的有效性。研究中测得的数据为相关的仿真计算提供了支持,并有助于进一步研究暂态电流产生的电磁骚扰对变电站内二次系统的影响。The very fast transient current(VFTC) induced in gas-insulated switchgear(GIS) due to operation of its disconnector may cause severe electromagnetic interference to secondary equipment. Existing related literatures focus on modelling and simulation of VFTC, or experiments in laboratory. However, no reports about on-site measurement of VFTC have been found. This study developed an on-site VFTC measurement system with a Rogowski coil as its current sensor, and the issues of filed installation and electromagnetic shielding were solved. Then, the measurement system was calibrated with test circuit in laboratory to verify its accuracy and effectiveness. The calibrated system was employed to measure the VFTC generated during operation of the disconnector in a 252 kV single phase GIS section, and the parameters of the VFTC waveforms were obtained, such as the maximum peak magnitude of 1.75 k A and the main frequencies of400 k Hz and 6 ~8 MHz. Measurement results validate the effectiveness of the developed on-site VFTC measurement system. This study may be helpful for theoretical analysis and simulation of VFTC, and may lay the foundation for studies on VFTC induced electromagnetic interference to secondary equipment in gas-insulated substations.
