摘 要:为了对配电自动化系统通信网络的运行水平进行量化分析,提出基于灰关联投影理论的配电自动化系统通信网络安全性能综合评估模型。由可靠性指标、抗毁性指标、适应性指标和自愈性指标构成通信网络综合评估指标体系。分别运用层次分析法和反熵权法得到指标的主、客观权重,基于加法原理融合主客观权重值得到指标的综合权重值。从正负理想最优解的基本思想出发,结合灰色系统理论和矢量投影原理,计算待评对象的优属度值,实现配电自动化系统通信网络运行方案性能分析。在此基础上,推导了网络安全性能评估指标属性值灵敏度计算公式,为决策者采取应急保护措施提供了参考依据。通过对一个已经投运的配电自动化实际系统进行分析,并与现有方法进行比较,验证了该模型的有效性和优越性。In order to make a quantitative analysis for the operation level of communication network of distribution automation system, security evaluation model for communication network of distribution automation system based on gray relation projection theory is presented. A synthetic assessment index system including communication network reliability, invulnerability, self-healing, and adaptability is established. The subjective weights are obtained by analytic hierarchy process and the objective weights are obtained by the anti-entropy method, then integrated weight can be determined based on the addition fusion principle. Combining grey system theory and vector projection principle from the basic idea of the positive and negative ideal solution, the priority membership value of evaluating object is calculated, and the performance analysis for communication network of distribution automation system is achieved. On this basis, the sensitivity calculation formula of index value for network safety performance is deduced, which provides the reference for the decision makers to take emergency protect measures. Through analysis of a practical distribution automation system, and compared with the existing methods, the validity and the superiority of the model are verified.
