摘 要:水性乳液丙烯酸树脂具有优良涂膜性能,但丙烯酸树脂因其自身结构的限制,存在一定的缺点。而有机硅聚合物具有优良的热稳定性、耐候性、电绝缘性以及憎水性等优良性能;含氟化合物具有优异的耐酸、耐碱、抗腐蚀、耐候性和憎水、憎油、抗粘等优异性能,通过引入含氟基团来改变丙烯酸酯聚合物的结构,不仅保持了丙烯酸树脂的优点,还增加了氟碳树脂的耐候性和耐沾污性的优点,所以用有机硅和有机氟改性制备得到的水性丙烯酸可以拥有更杰出的涂膜性能,应用前景十分广泛。但是由于我国在有机氟硅乳液生产工艺方面数据缺乏,还需改善聚合工艺、聚合方法,使改性后的氟硅乳液具有更好的聚合稳定性和贮存稳定性。基于以上原因,在以往的研究基础上,通过乳液聚合制备性能突出的有机硅氟改性乳液,并研究了聚合的最佳工艺所需要的试剂用量。旨在研究采用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷对水性丙烯酸乳液进行改性,制备出具有优良耐热性、耐候性等其他优良性能的聚丙烯酸乳液,并对其涂膜各项性表征。实验结论如下:有机硅、有机氟在实验过程中成功参与了水性丙烯酸单体的自由基共聚,且聚合产物单一。通过对有机硅氟改性的乳液稳定性、耐酸碱性、涂膜耐候性等性能的测试可以得出,有机硅最适宜的加入量在6%~8%之间,有机氟最适宜的加入量在12%~14%之间。确定了有机硅和有机氟的最佳加入量,具有一定的经济价值和研究价值。Acrylic resin has excellent coating properties, but it has some disadvantages because of its own structural limitations. While the organic fluorosilicone polymer has excellent thermal stability, weatherability, hydrophobicity, electrical insulation and other excellent properties; fluorine compound has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, weatherability and hydrophobic, oleophobic, anti sticking performance. So with water-based acrylic silicone and organic fluorine modified can have a more outstanding film performance, which is widely used. However, because our country in the process of production of organic fluoro silicone emulsion on the lack of data, it also needs to improve the polymerization process, polymerization method, the modified silicon fluoride after Emulsion would has better polymerization stability and storage stability. For these reasons, through the outstanding performance of emulsion prepared fluorine-modified silicone emulsion, this paper based on the study of the past and study the optimum amount of polymeric reagents needed. This paper aims to study the use of twelve methacrylic acid heptyl ester and fluorine vinyltriethoxvsilane on the modification of acrylic emulsion with excellent heat resistance, weather resistance and other excellent properties of acrylic acid emulsion, and its coating properties. The conclusions are as follows: organic silicon, organic fluorine during the experiment successfully participated in the free radical eopolymerization of water-soluble acrylic monomer, polymerization and products are simple. Can be obtained by the emulsion stability, acid and alkali resistance, coating weatherability performance test of organic silicon fluorine modified, silicone the most suitable addition amount of between 6% and 8%, organic fluorine, the most appropriate amount in 12%-14% between, and the optimum adding amount of organic silicon and organic fluorine is determined, which has certain economic value and research value.
