摘 要:目的检索并分析截至2016年2月耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌的研究的相关文献,明确耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌的目前研究概况,为耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌的研究领域或临床用药提供一定参考。方法计算机检索WEB OF SCIENCE数据库,采用文献计量学方法,对纳入文献的年代、第一作者及研究机构、来源期刊分布情况、研究内容、中国发表文献情况等进行统计分析。结果共检索出文献539篇,计算机去重后共531篇。文献数量总体呈逐年上升趋势,至2015年达峰值72篇。研究内容分析包括耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌感染的流行病学特点,耐药机制,体外研究或动物试验,临床治疗药物间的相互作用等。结论人们对耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌的研究愈发增多,对其流行病学特点的研究已相对透彻,但耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制及感染的治疗仍是目前研究的两大热点。Objective To analyze the recent progress on Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB) over the past few decades with bibliometric approach, and to provide reference for study on treatment of CRAB infections in some degree. Method The literatures of CRAB were retrieved based on Web of Science TM database from beginning to February 2016. Sorting the articles and the bibliometric analysis was carried out in respect of published years, first authors, research institutions, periodical distribution and research contents etc. Results A total of 531 non-duplicate literatures were collected in our research, and quantity of issued papers increased year by year. Most of researches focused on the epidemic characteristics of CRAB, resistance mechanism, in-vitro study and animal test for CRAB and the drug used to treat CRAB infections. Conclusion Increasingly researchers pay more attention to CRAB. Epidemiological features of CRAB have already been studied thorough, while the resistance mechanism and therapy are two hot spots at present.
