摘　　要：首先,从农村网络基础设施建设、农业电子商务发展、农村电子政务实施及政策法规体系建立等4个方面对辽宁省农业信息化水平进行整体评估,展示出辽宁省农业信息化发展至今所取得的成就,然后以社会信息化指数算法为基础,进一步运用一步算术平均法和二步算术平均法对辽宁农业信息化水平的各项相关指标进行定量测算,并对测算结果进行分析,说明政府、企业及高校三方对各测量指标以及各市农业信息化发展水平的影响,从而为辽宁省农业信息化的进一步发展提供决策依据和有益参考.Carring out the agricultural informatization level evaluation and its measurement is an important means of agricultural informatization to clear the agricultural informatization index,lead the direction of agricultural informatization and make sure agricultural benefits.This paper firstly takes four aspects,such as network infrastructure construction,the agricultural electronic commerce development,the rural electronic government implementation and policy laws and regulations system,to conduct an overall assessment of Liaoning Province agricultural informatization level,demonstrate agricultural informatization development in Liaoning Province＇s achievements up to now.And then,on the basis of social informatization index algorithm,by using step arithmetic average method and the arithmetic average method to calculate the relevant indexes of Liaoning agricultural informatization level,analyzing the results of the measurement,clarifing the governments,enterprises,universities and each measurement and the influence of municipal agricultural informatization level of development,we provide a basis to decision-making and a useful reference for the further development of agricultural informatization of Liaoning Province.
