摘 要:提出了一种新型固定旋转阀塔板,在内径600 mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气-水为物系,对固旋阀塔板的流体力学性能进行研究。测定了塔板压降、漏液率和雾沫夹带量等流体力学性能参数,并与旋转浮阀塔板和F1浮阀塔板进行对比。实验结果表明,当气体负荷较大时,固旋阀塔板的干板压降大于F1型浮阀塔板,具有更高的传质效率;固旋阀塔板的湿板压降小于旋转浮阀塔板和F1浮阀塔板;固旋阀塔板的雾沫夹带比F1型浮阀塔板小30%~40%,比旋转浮阀塔板小10%~20%,具有更高的气相负荷操作上限。通过Fluent6.3软件的模拟计算分析,固旋阀塔板的流场更稳定,液层分布更均匀,操作性能更优。A kind of novel fixed rotary valve trays was presented through several improvements of traditional fixed valve trays. The hydrodynamic performances of the fixed rotary valve trays were experimentally investigated with an air-water system in an organic glass column with an inner diameter of 600 mm. The pressure drop,weeping fraction and entrainment of the fixed rotary valve trays were measured and compared with those of rotary float valve trays and F1 valve trays. The results showed that the dry pressure drop of the fixed rotary valve trays was higher than that of the F1 valve trays while the kinetic energy factor got larger. The wet pressure drop of the fixed rotary valve trays was lower than those of the rotary float valve trays and F1valve trays. The entrainment of the fixed rotary valve trays was less than that of the F1 valve trays by 30%-40%and less than that of the rotary float valve trays by 10%-20%. According to the results of the CFD simulation,the performances of the fixed rotary valve trays were much better than those of the rotary float valve trays and F1 valve trays.
