摘  要:聚丙烯(PP)成型收缩率问题已成为PP成型加工和应用亟待解决的关键问题之一。介绍了PP材料在注射成型中产生成型收缩的主要种类以及形成原因;综述了改性技术对PP成型收缩率影响的研究进展;分析了PP基体树脂调控、弹性体改性、聚烯烃改性、矿物填充改性、纤维改性和成核剂改性等对PP复合材料成型收缩率的影响;对低成型收缩率PP复合材料的前景进行了展望。High mold shrinkage of polypropylene(PP) is one of the key issues to be resolved in processing and application of PP. The categories and formation reasons of the mold shrinkage in PP injection molding were introduced. Progresses in research for the effects of blending modification on the mold shrinkage of PP were reviewed. The effects of controlling the properties of PP resin,elastomer modification,polyolefin modification,filling modification,fibre modification and nucleating agent modification on the mold shrinkage were analyzed. The development trend of composite PP materials with low mold shrinkage was also forecasted.
